About 2 months ago, I had my Versa replaced because it stopped working, Even after it has been charged to 100% could not turn the watch on. The new watch has been working very well until yesterday when I put it on after charging to 100% and noticed that when it turn my wrist and activated the display, it would appear for 1-2 seconds and fade away to barely visible. This happened for 30 minutes-an hour at which time the display stopped appearing. I couldn't turn it on at all. This morning when I put the watch back on the charger, it showed 0% charge.
This is exactly the same symptoms that I had on my last Versa. Are you having the same kind of issues with other owners of the Versa?
Please let me know what I should do. I currently have the watch on the charger again.

@ArleneEFH You can try rebooting by pressing and holding the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo flashes, but if your Versa does not charge or hold charge, I'm afraid it might be a hardware issue. The next thing to try out would be a factory reset (restoring versa to factory defaults). Before factory reset, make sure you have deleted versa from your Fitbit mobile app and from your phone's Bluetooth settings. To perform factory reset, open settings app on you Versa and scroll down to About. Tap it and choose factory reset. This will wipe all data from your tracker so it would be good if you could sync it first. After factory reset you will need to set up your versa again by adding a new device in your Fitbit mobile app.
If you cannot access Settings app on your versa, perform factory reset using 3 buttons:
You may need to attempt the reset a few times to find the optimal times. Trying holding the buttons longer, as long as it's needed for the vibration to appear.
Again, if all this fails, you will need to reach out to Customer Support to guide you through the next steps.

I've tried everything you suggested. I'm able to charge the watch to 100% but it will not hold the charge for very long. I've tried restarting it, I've done the factory reset and none has helped. When it is fully charged at 100%, I can turn the watch on and the display still momentarily appears and fades away in about 1-2 seconds. I think I need to call and speak to someone at customer support. As I have mentioned before, this is a replacement watch that was sent to me about a couple of months ago. The first watch totally died, similar symptoms without the fading away. It was eventually unable to turn on at all. I should ship the 2 watches back to Fitbit to have it checked to see what the problem is. I will call support.
Thank you,
Arlene

@ArleneEFH I agree. This is very unfortunate. I hope you will get a new Versa soon. I'm sorry I couldn't help. Good luck!
