The screen has stopped working, and the charge will only last 2 days or less. I only bought this in November, therefore this shouldn’t be happening. How can I get the screen to work and the battery to last longer?

Can you give more info? Was the watch dropped? Is it charged? Can you verify the firmware version of the watch from the fitbit app on the phone?
Sorry to ask but we need some more detail.

The watch has not been dropped. It is only keeping charge for less than 2 days and the screen will not respond when trying to touch it.
