Display not turning on can’t tell if battery is charging contacted support anyone else ?

This morning I woke up and my Fitbit Had the dreaded zero battery screen so I put it on my charger and plugged in my charger and no screen display. I waited and nothing Happened.

I just purchased this product and it’s amazing for bike rides and outdoor activities. I live in Florida so supporting outdoor activities and better tracking of those outdoor excercise. Is what made me get it. 

I contacted support and made a case number and did what they said over the phone hit the reset buttons and spoke with a customer service representive for a good 10 minutes and they did not believe my device was behaving this way. After I hung up with the support person I had to send a video of my device in an email of my device acting up and reconfirm details. Still haven’t heard from support. 

This seems a more of pain then it’s worth. 

I am gonna do my research of YouTube videos made by regular people for help on this issue because that seems to be the only helpful source. Please tell me I’m not the only one and please leave helpful YouTube links below to resolve this issue thanks

it happen to me once but I make sure pins touch the base and I leave it there for like 15min then I tried to turn it on and it works.

I have a timer set for 50 minutes for charging

 I have to see if this works have it hooked to a computer set up to charge  now and I checked that the pins were lined up correctly they are and if it works I will go from there and do a reset.

I even removed the device from my phone and said forget this device and will do a complete reset if I get the display.

If not I am taking the device back to Best Buy and getting my money back and I literally purchased this the first week in May 2018. I have Best Buy warrenty on it and it’s still under Fitbit warranty obviously. STILL NO WORD  from customer support after I sent them my email.  😡

This literally just happened to me this morning. I have had my Versa one week and this morning it suddenly started flipping through the different screens while I was driving. Later I realized the screen was black. It is showing a charge on my dashboard but it's not showing anything. It vibrates for notifications but nothing. The operator I spoke with told me the same thing about a video etc. I informed her that I was aware that I had a 45 day return window and this was me using it.......
