I recently got a Fitbit Versa lite. In the last two weeks, it has randomly started restarting periodically throughout the day (as though it is being hard rest), the touch screen does not consistently work (cannot swipe right to access menus, cannot swipe up to view step count, sleep, etc), and it has started to die/ not hold charge. In the last two days, I have been lucky to notice it restart less than 4 times a day and hold a charge for two days straight.
I have tried factory resetting, holding the button to do a soft reset, letting the battery die completely and letting it charge, updating it, unsyncing and resyncing it (I have a galaxy s10 e/ android), and changing the watch faces to only Fitbit basic faces/ the faces that came programmed.
I would love advice on fixing it. It is becoming frustrating when the touch screen does not work so I cannot turn off alarms, clear notifications, or access anything.
Thanks!

I have had increasing difficulty with reaching my menus. At times even the versa watch face won't come. When it does, it no longer shows my heart rate.
It still seems to be syncing to my phone, but i can't set alarms.
Is my versa broken? I've not had it very long.
Molly

I’m experiencing similar problems as mentioned above. I bought my Fitbit Versa Lite for Christmas 2019 and recently I’ve noticed it freezing on Fitbit logo and restart...it does that multiple times throughout the day and then my watch dies. Please help!
