Display of Versa is gone

Post recent Tracker Update. Versa screen won't turn on. Though it's green sensor light at bottom keep continuously blinking. Charging the device also doesn't help. App is not able to sync or establish conection as well. 

 

Appreciate some help to fix it

Happened to mine today. Nothing visible on screen. Briefly had a reminder and the today icon, then that disappeared also. Charged it overnight.

Mine went dead last night. I couldn’t activate the screen with the button. It would just show the fitbit logo and then go black again. It was at 65% battery when it went dead! I can’t get any help!

Try restarting your Versa’s. Hopefully that will help. Just press down and hold the button on your Fitbit until you see the Fitbit Logo the release the button. You should feel the Fitbit vibrate letting you know the restart process is complete.

I tried that, but the logo appeared and then diappeared, no vibration and
the watch did not come back to life.

Can you try changing the clock face on your Fitbit by going through the Fitbit App: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2311.htm

Preferably to a clock face made by Fitbit

Thank you! I changed it on the app. It took 10 minutes but it did change
and showed up on the display but then went black again. Now it keeps coming
and going, so it's an improvement, but not sure it's gonna stay...

I tried restarting it and the only thing that comes up is Set-up Wallet,
which makes me suspicious that my fitbit account was hacked! However, it
seems there are more people with the same issue and Support frm Fitbit is
unavailable the whole day! That can’t be right!

Do you use Fitbit Wallet? If not you can deactivate it and maybe that will help.


Here’s how: Go t0 the online dashboard  and tap settings (the gear wheel in the top right corner) tap  the name of your Fitbit. Now on the left side> scroll down to Fitbit pay and click "Fitbit Pay"> "Deactivate Fitbit Pay" return to the today screen & sync.

Thank you, I tried that too, but to no avail. My clock face is gone and
when I press the button, only the fitbit logo comes up shortly. I also
tried charging it again. After being fully charged it dropped from 100% to
85% within an hour and a half without having actually worked!

Mine started going black yesterday too. Shut down and re start worked a couple of times but now nothing 😔

I'm sure it's a larger issue. My guess is that Fitbit has been hacked.

If your screen continues to unresponsive after trying to restart your Fitbit and changing the clock face doesn’t help either I would suggest contacting Fitbit Customer Service

Soory, but have you read this thread? I’ve been trying to contact Fitbit
