Display on Versa not working after swimming in a pool.

After 2 laps of swimming in the pool, i try to see the time and a blank screen stares back at me.

I take it home, hope it dries off. Put in on charge overnight and try restarting multiple times. But, no sign of life.

My phone can still sync with it over bluetooth but the screen of a watch which the manufacturer claims is waterproof upto 50m in pool died after 2 laps.

After being a frustrated user of Fitbit Charge which had the infamous strap peeling issue, i finally decided to buy Versa and really regret doing that.

Never buying a Fitbit ever again!

Hi @SunsetRunner  Well that is your choice, but the vast majority of Versas have been totally trouble free. Assuming you bought it from an authorised dealer, it should be covered by waranty, so contact Support (link in my signature).
