Display shows steps as undefined and won't show heart rate

My screen on my watch isn't showing my heartbeat and where it tracks my steps is says undefined. But it is tracking it on the app, so I dont understand why it won't show it on the face of the watch anymore

Hey @SunsetRunner, welcome aboard! If the current clock face that you have set on your Versa won't show your heart rate (I guess is showing this "--" instead of your BPM) And instead of your steps it shows as "undefined" and you already tried to restart it, but the issue persists, please try changing the clock face maybe for an original from Fitbit and let me know if the issue persists.

@SunsetRunner your clockface needs to be updated. change to a different one for now. preferably one of fitbit originals.
