I am having two issues....first whenever I see my fitbit versa's screen, display comes blank 4-5 seconds then only screen appears ..it's happening from last 1 months...

Second, Everytime I get call, "caller ID is active " is appeared instead of person's name....so plz help me to resolve this current issues...thankyo th

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. Tell me, are you using an iPhone or Android phone? Have you restarted your Versa by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen already? If so, I would like to suggest you to reset Notifications on your Versa:

 

  • Tell your phone to "forget" your device, removing the connection between the phone and the Fitbit device. 
    1. On your phone, go to Settings > Bluetooth and find your Fitbit device in the list.
    2. Find an option to forget the device.
  • Open the Fitbit app and set up notifications again.

Now, when it comes to the display issue, would it be possible for you to elaborate a bit more about this issue? Is the screen turning off after 4-5 seconds? Is it unresponsive when you tap on it or any button? This information will be very helpful for us to check this further.
