Display versa acts weird

My versa display isn’t working properly. No full image of my display, touch and swipe functions well, but amount of pixels is low and sometimes several images mix in the screen instead of follow up after each other.

You can upload here. When you are composing a post there is a "photos" option in the menu bar.

 

Have you tried restarting your versa?

 

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
  3. If your Fitbit Blaze, Fitbit Ionic, or Fitbit Versa doesn't work normally, use the instructions in How do I turn off my Fitbit device? to turn your watch off and on again.

Hi,

I tried all these things, but unfortunately display is still not functioning well.


I think I have to send it back for check and repair (or replace it)


How to arrange this?

The first step to a warranty claim is to contact customer support via: contact.fitbit.com

 

They'll be able to check your warranty status and advise on your options.
