Hello everyone, I have a bizarre problem with daily displayed sleep in my iPhone 7.
Each morning, the sleep entry for that night is correct. But then, ALL the sleep entries prior to today's are changed to today's entry on the iPhone display, even though the correct values had been displayed at the time. Say on Monday I slept 7 hrs, on Tuesday 8 hrs, and on Wednesday 9 hrs (this values are the true ones.). Then, my iPhone displays: 7hrs on Monday; on Tuesday: 8 hrs in the display for Monday and Tuesday; and on Wednesday,...,you guessed it, it shows 9 hrs for each day.
However, all the statistical analyses use the correct entries for every night. In my laptop (MacBook Pro) none of this happens and it works as it's supposed to work.
The phone started doing this spontaneously a few days ago. I have turned off/on everything; synced everything; turned bluetooth off/on and connected...I have no idea what's going on. Since the analyses are being done with the correct data, I can still track my sleep. I can also see the actual values displayed on the computer's dashboard. But the fact that I have no idea why this is happening worries me. If the phone starts using the wrongly modified data, or my laptop croaks, or...then I will be truly disappointed, as well as annoyed.
Is this a Versa issue? Did my iPhone just have a conniption a few days ago and this is the manifestation?
I would very much appreciate any light shed on this glitch.
Thank you.

@MLB7 Just to verify, please go to your Dashboard on Fitbit.com and double check everything is correct there. If it is, please reinstall fitbit mobile app and reboot your phone and Versa (press and hold the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo appears).

Yeah. I did that and everything stayed the same. I repeated the process but I "forgot the device" in the bluetooth settings of my phone before connecting reset versa with the rebooted app. The problem remains, and now Fitbit.com no longer performs the advanced sleep analysis, and I am pretty sure it does not track sleep. So, significantly worse.

@MLB7 did you check the data on fitbit.com? was it missing there? I would like to know if it's fitbit app issue, sync issue or if you actually have a different data set on fitbit servers (fitbit.com). To restore proper BT connectivity, please do the following:
If you have Wifi set up, go to Fitbit mobile app and remove it, then sync your Versa. I noticed that it causes issues for me. If you have other Bluetooth devices paired with your phone, forget them. One of them might be causing issues. Also, make sure All day sync is enabled.
Re sleep tracking, make sure your heart rate is being recorded and that battery level on your versa is not critically low. Also, if you have any sleep presets set (e.g. bedtimes), please remove them as they're known to cause some issues.
