Distance goal discrepancy miles to km

I've had this problem for a while, before I got my Versa. It started with my Ionic, and I had hoped that moving to the versa would sort it out, but it hasn't.

My distance units is set to miles. This is the case in the app and on the web dashboard.

I have a distance goal of 7 miles. 

But if I set this in the app, the web dashboard turns it into 11.27, and if I set it on the web dashboard, the app turns it to 4.35.

Right now, the target on the app is 7 miles. but on my watch, it's 11.27 even after repeated syncing.

For some reason there is a mile to Km conversion happening, and I cannot make it stop. I have spoken to fitbit support about it, and they are lost. It is driving me INSANE because it makes no sense whatsoever.

I've tried clearing the cache on my browser (on the phone and the laptop).

I've removed and reinstalled the fitbit app.

Logged out, restarted, logged back in again.

And still it persists.

Does anyone have any idea what might be causing this, and what I can do about it please?

Hi @Esthernagle - have a look in the forums for this issue but it may be related to the magic number 8, try using something more than 8, it might work when you revert back to what you want. Just a hunch
