Do I Hold Out for them to fix it .....or Switch to GARMIN now

It's going on 20 days now...no green flickering lights on the back, no heart rate tracking, no sleep tracking, no reminders to get up and move.

Clock works fine, date is good, step count does not match the iPhone app sometimes - so after 4 yrs of loving my Versa2  "SMARTWATCH" I now have a watch, a calendar and  an "iffy" pedometer(?) that I no longer love.

I've done all the suggested troubleshooting steps provided by Fitbit Forum, even did 2 factory resets.  So very frustrated I am now looking for an October Prime deal on Garmin,  8-(

I'm having the same issue with my Versa 3.  It's been one week.  I've also done ALL the troubleshooting.   So frustrating!
