I bought new Versa 2, do I unpair my Charge 2 before I set up new device?? Or just Set up new device?

Hi @Cam2015  follow the directions in this article - click to go there. Yes, after a last sync, unpair and remove the Charge 2. Move it out of range while setting up the new Versa 2.
