Do not disturb and sleep mode

The Sleep Mode and Do Not Disturb are on, not sure how that happened but I can’t turn them off. The Do Not Disturb says “Locked for sleep mode. Turn off the sleep mode to change the setting.” The Sleep Mode says “Locked for Do Not Disturb. Turn off Do Not Disturb to change the setting.”

Try this: go to your QUICK settings, not the normal settings. Which on the versa 3 is swiping left. Tap the moon turning sleep mode off, and then return to quick settings and turn do not disturb off. 
🤞Fingers crossed this will work. Because you can't turn on the do not disturb setting and sleep mode at the same time according to the Versa 3 Manual so this is quite strange.
