When I put my fitbit versa in “do not disturb mode”, my alarm won’t vibrate anymore.

Hello @Aischadanique and a warm welcome.  The details about Do Not Disturb don't specifically say that alarms are turned off.  But are you using Do Not Disturb when you really want the Sleep Mode?
