Because i have a Huawei p smart, and it doesn't Sync sense sunday and today its Wednesday. It doesn't Sync on my mobile internet,do u need to have wifi?

Are you asking about the WiFi on the Versa or the phones WiFi to connect the phone to the internet @Hutty92
As for the Fitbit app it needs to be able to connect to Fitbits cloud services, so the phone needs to be able to connect to the internet and it doesn't matter if this is through wifi or cellular.
Now if the phone is communicating through a VPN or a public WiFi, they might have blocked the port Fitbit uses.
My thought is that we should treat this as a sync issue.
Let's try the following steps. If you try a sync after each step then next time I would first do the step that fixed the issue.
Let's restart the phone and the Versa.
Hold in the left and lower right buttons to restart the Versa
Turn the phones bluetooth off for 10 seconds and then turn on.
Go to the phones Bluetooth settings and remove the Versa.
Go to the phones settings, apps, Fitbit, memory, clear cache
