Does each versa watch need a separate account?

Hello @chrispod53hotma and welcome to the Community.  A little more clarification of your particular situation will help, but here is some information:

  • Fitbit has never allowed users to have two of the same model Fitbit on their account at the same time.
  • Let's say you own a Versa 2 and are upgrading to a Versa 4.  All current Fitbits have a Gallery and you can only have one Gallery enabled device on your account at one time.
  • If you want to keep one account, you will always need to replace one device with the other.  This takes several minutes to set up.
  • You can put the two Versas on two different accounts to make it easy to switch between devices, but you can't merge data from two accounts.

Take a look at the Fitbit help site for further assistance and information.
