My Versa lite is not showing floors on my dashboard, does this model not registered them?

No, I'm afraid it doesn't track floors. The Versa does, but not the Versa Lite.

Such a bummer Versa Lite doesn’t calculate floors. I would never have bought it had that been clearly communicated.

Maybe you can return it with the warranty? Especially if you're purchasing another Fitbit product. But it does clearly state but it does not count floors. I also have the light and I knew it didn't count floors. but I am considering switching it back for the versa. Right now trying to figure out the difference between the versa and the versa 2....

I did not find at clear messaging about floors when I ordered the Versa Lite from Amazon. I returned it without any trouble to Amazon and got a Charge 3 instead. It may state somewhere in the description that stair counting is not part of the Lite features, but I certainly did not notice it

I too didnt realize it didnt have the floor counting feature as I like that as much or more than the step counts. I use the stairs at work to take a break from my desk and go up and down from the basement to the 8th floor... which is definitely a better workout for the steps than just walking. So the floor count was significant. I cannot have a watch with cell or wifi capabilities at work so thought the versa lite was a perfect solution to upgrade my aging blaze. WRONG.

Me either... my old Fitbit from 2 years ago does... I thought I was upgrading. Very disappointed. 🙁
