I used to love it as a watch but now that the battery ran flat, I can’t re-sync it and it’s completely useless just like the customer support team. The only satisfaction versa 3 has given me is the fact that I bought one for my ex.

Hi @Throwitinthebin - just on the off chance, it could simply be not charging because it needs cleaning properly or often the charge cable is faulty, see how to resolve in How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen

thanks for the irrelevant and unnecessary advice. Unlike others I’m not on this forum for "template answers" disguised as advice, I’m just trying to warn people that the versa 3 is useless and once you have a single issue with it, you’re best to throw it in the bin.
