I have an issue with my Versa 3 with the WiFi firmware update, same issue occurred 2 months ago and they had to replace the watch, I contact 5 days ago and no reply or update at all. Been through all the steps to resolve prior to contacting and none of them worked.
Their customer service seems very poor, I bought a Fitbit thinking the company had a good name but product quality and customer service seems really bad.
Does anyone know how long it takes for them to reply at all

Hi, I correspond with them on Twitter in messages, they always respond quickly it’s under Fitbit Support.. hope that helps

Great thanks, I think I will try this, I heard back with solution of restart the watch, despite a lengthy case submitted with full diagnostic steps I had taken.
I’m really surprised how poor their customer support is.
