Does anyone know how to transfer music from PC to Versa

Hi everyone,

Just feel confused about music transfer from PC to Versa. 

The issue is I tried to drag several songs (.mp3) from PC to Versa, but it always plays the first song that I dragded into even if I can see the songs names have been listed, But just play the first one. By the way, the sync process is so quick and the indicator of storage is quite few consumed even though I dragged several songs, so I suppose it just sync one song instead all of them. 

When I tried the other way to drag songs one by one, but it always shows not transferred after the first one has been successfully transferred. 

If someone can help me out it, I would be appreciated. Cheers!

My PC can’t even connect to my Versa! Ready to return it if I can’t get this resolved!

I have encountered exactly the same problem as you described. Did you solve that yet?

I moved music from my Mac not a Windows based PC however, my suggestion is to make a playlist on your PC and move that, not individual songs.  Also, make sure the music you want on your Versa is music you own (purchased and resides on your PC) and not songs downloaded from a streaming service that you have a subscription for.  Lastly, check that your Versa and your computer are both connected to WiFi and that it's the SAME Wifi network, 2.4 gHz is only band that works.

Yes, I have solved that problem already. I used Macbook instead of windows 7 to transfer music.
