Does fitbit replace product in warranty period if it stopped working

I received a mail 4 months back that my product will be replaced as it stopped working all of a sudden just for 45 days of usage from the date of purchase.  I have contacted customer support several times in this 4 months. I get some random question and answers but not the product. Does fitbit replace product if it stop working in warranty period?

Hi @Varma_006  each case is determined individually, so it's hard to tell you. Your Fitbit wouldn't be replaced unless and until customer support makes that decision. You have to get with them before your warranty period is over. The warranty is one year (USA) and 2 years in some European countries when purchased from an authorized retailer.

My product is under warranty period. My fitbit stopped working just 45 days
from the date of purchase. I was told it is under warranty period and will
be replaced with new product 4 months back. But I am not getting any
proper response after that.

Fitbit customer support is doing their best, but right now be prepared for longer wait times. Please be patient. Support is limited by the number of representatives available at a given time and the hours of operation. Chat lines are open when they have live help.
