Does fitbit versa 2 have a feature to prevent overcharging or not, if it doesn't have I HIGHLY recommend fitbit to make it in the next update
Additional details:
Fitbit versa 2 firmware version: 35.72.1.23
Android version: 12

I've contacted fitbit customer support and they said they don't have it (overcharge protection)
However I made a feature request which I highly recommend you to vote/put a like on cuz it will help all fitbit users or people that use versa series, https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Feature-Suggestions/Overcharge-Protection-on-versa-series/idi-p/5247...

Hi there, @SunsetRunner. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums.
Please note there is not such an app. Nevertheless, while the watch charges, tap the screen twice to check the battery level. Tap again to use it while it charges. For more information, see How do I charge my Fitbit device?

@SunsetRunner There is a way you can do this. If you tap on the three dots in the upper right of that incorrect post, you should get a "Not the Best Answer" option, because you posted the original question. But I can do that for you.
Fitbit doesn't specify in any of its manuals or other device information if it has any way to keep a battery from overcharging
