Should my versa start again from zero in the morning to start calculating my steps for a new day?

Hi there, @Sheils33. Welcome to the Community Forums.
As @Guy_ has mentioned, your Versa reset your steps at midnight and from midnight it starts tracking a new day with your step count at zero.
However, please keep in mind that sometimes you may get get steps when waking up, but is due to Fitbit devices may register movements or restlessness as steps when you're wearing it while you sleep. The number of steps typically measured during these periods is minimal, and should not offset your overall fitness progress. Any steps taken to and from other rooms during the night will also be tracked.
