Battery is not lasting long and has quit tracking heart rate on my Versa. This is the second one, as the first one totally died! Haven’t used it in several months, so it is new, but after a couple of weeks the battery only last 2 days and have done all the trouble shooting for heart rate tracker. Nothing works! About ready to bite the bullet and get an Apple Watch. Fitbit is charging a lot for fitness trackers that don’t work properly!!

No, it was in a drawer. Would this cause the heart tracker to quit working and the battery to go faster?

Hi, when you Versa is not on your wrist it does/cannot track your HR and not it does not lead to a faster battery drainage, on the contrary. With regards to the battery, contact Customer Support and ask for a battery test.

Duh! I don’t try to track it when it is not in my wrist. I started wearing it about two weeks ago and it worked fine up until three days ago and yes, it is on my wrist.

Meaning that it had not been worn and had not had any use until two weeks ago.
