Does not turn on when Iturn my wrist up

My versa no longer shows my clock face when I turn my wrist up. I have to push the left button. How do I fix that?

When your clock face is showing, press and hold the left button. It will give two little vitrates and a screen comes up where you can turn the auto wake on and off (you may need to swipe to the left if the Fitbit pay screen comes up). Let us know if that fixes it.

Yes that worked.  Thank you.  What i have found disappointing about the versa is that it seems to lose its settings.
