Does oppo R17 pro work with Fitbit Veras? Plz help

Brought a Fitbit veras and everything works up until you are meant to put in the code to start it up - but nothing comes up it just goes back to the dashboard saying - start up or remind me later ect.

@ToriLP   Your phone is on the list of fully compatible devices.  Please try the following (no guarantees)

  • Delete the app and turn your phone off
  • Restart your Versa
  • Restart your phone, redownload the app and try again

If this does not work, then I think you should contact Support.  You are doing everything correctly on a compatible phone.
