I have the Versa SE and the heart rate constantly reads high. Is this also an issue with the Versa 2?

When I had my heart rate checked this weekend at an event I was volunteering for the rate the EMTs got was lower than my Versa 2 was showing both times.

by how much? My Versa has been as much as 20 beats higher than my actual HR as measured by ekg leads at cardiac rehab.
