Does the Versa not have caller ID? I checked all the settings and notifications. It just vibrates when a call comes through. Also I can't reply to any text messages.

Versa does not have Caller ID and the ability to answer text messages is a feature due to be added later this year.

Meaning it only shows that a call is coming in and not the phone number at least? Think it says blocked.

Hello,
No it doesn't show anything. It just vibrates with a blank screen. I
deleted the app and reinstall it several times. No change.

I just tested mine and it shows the phone number or contact name. Make sure you update your device to the latest firmware.
