Does it include a charger?

I assume by "it" your referring to the Versa watch. Yes it comes with what Fitbit calls a charger, in reality it is an adaptor to go from a usb port to the tracker. 

You need to provide the 5v USB power. such as the wall wort used when charging the phone.
