Does the Versa report REM Sleep Behavior Disorder (RBD) events?

I have RBD with "central sleep apnea", not "obstructive sleep apnea" (OSA). Actually, I also have OSA when I am not sleeping inclined on a wedge pillow, which is rare. Does the Versa report REM Sleep Behavior Disorder (RBD) events? If not, is there a workaround to determine what is happening? Presently, I wear a data-logging pulse oximeter every night and it gives me a report showing my SpO2 at any point during the night. It also generates nightly reports with an index (apnea events/hour), heart rate data, and audible alarms. Perhaps I could compile data from the two devices to determine if my REM sleep is adequate and safe from RBD and significant apnea events. I also want to be able to determine the effects of medications or other life style changes. For instance, I am think that yerba matte causes RBD events. I completely stopped drinking and know that that is very beneficial. There are some unproven indications that CBD may help. Whatever medication I use, I want to use as little as possible to minimize detrimental side-effects. Since highly instrumented sleep studies are expensive (I've had five or six, now), less sophisticated self-studies using my non-certificated SpO2 device and a FitBit may be a worthwhile compliment.

It might, have you asked your doctor to look at the sleep readouts.

Official no it does not.
