Does the fitbit versa 3 have a skin temprature tracker?

Does the fitbit versa 3 have a skin temprature tracker like the pixel watch 2?

Hello @Mw2322 and welcome to the Community.  Both devices show your skin temperature variation in your Fitbit app.  Both devices will show your variation in the Health Metrics tile.  The PW 2 has a specific skin temperature sensor, which I think is important for the stress management features.  The Versa 3 uses "existing sensors" to measure skin temperature.  My Sense 2 works like the PW 2 in that I get a sleeping temperature graph.  But it is variation from my baseline, not an actual temperature reading.  I think the Versa 3 only shows the bar graphs in the Health Metrics.

Why are you asking about the Versa 3?  It is a discontinued model.
