Hello, my versa yesterday worked perfect, i made 8km by 15.000 steps, today i did the same stapes, it say 15.000 steps but the distance say 1.70km. Don’t know what to do! Please help! It was the same activity!!!
Hi, might be a glitch of the Versa. Try restarting your Versa multiple times in a row by pressing and holding the left and right lower key buttons together untill you see the Fitbit Logo and release the buttons.
