Hello, 

 

I've just installed my dog Titan. How do I get him to show on my screen? At the moment I have his kennel and a message but no dog?

Hey @VickyM89, a warm welcome to the Community.

 

You will be able to see Titan at the moment of walking, if your Versa isn't recognizing your steps Titan will not appear. If you are waling try to restart your watch by doing the following:

 

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

Does the message say that he ran away ? Touch the envelope. That watch fave never worked right. The darn dog would always run away eventho I met my step criteria everyday.
