Don't blame the sleep tracker!

About a year ago I purchased my Versa and was excited to track my health. Everything was great with the exception of the sleep tracker. It kept showing that I was getting none or very little sleep. I tried all of the fixes and finally had my wife wear it for a few nights. Low and behold, it worked. Now I was very confused. Time passed and a month ago during my annual checkup my doctor asked me some sleep related questions and after hearing my answers recommended a sleep study. Long story short, I was "stopping breathing" over 40 times per hour. A week ago I got my CPAP and noticed that all of a sudden my fitbit was tracking my sleep and it was good sleep. The moral of the story, the fitbit was not the problem but it did point to the solution. It did the job that it was meant to do  and may have saved my life. If your sleep is not recording, dig a little deeper, it just may save your life.
