Don't see update option

I'm currently running 32.33.1.30 ... I had an update option at one point that failed about a month ago.  No idea what to do now, since neither the 32.68.9.12 or 32.68.9.15 seem to be available to me anymore.

@AllCdnBoy   I have not been faced with you specific problem.  But this is what I would try.  First sync your Versa so you don't lose any data.  Then do a Factory Reset.  Then set it up as a new device.  You should be starting from square one and I think you will be offered the update during setup.
