Don't swim with Versa 2

My versa 2 died after splashing in wadding pool. So upset! Watch lasted only 1.5 years. What a waste of money :money_bag: :money_with_wings: Support was no help either 😕

Hi @Awezome1  what did support suggest? I know from reading these forums that often putting a Fitbit into a dry bowl of rice for 48 hours before charging it has helped. After the rice, clean all contact points and charge it up. Guess you already tried that?

They suggested I try turning it on, then charging it over night. Then they offered me a discount on a new one. Yes,

I tried the rice thing, and cleaned all points with rubbing alcohol...

Sounds like you did all you could @Awezome1 . If you do get a new Fitbit, just add it as a new device on your existing account so your steps continue.
