Dont waste your money buying this product. Fitbit does not stand behind thier warranty. I am on the 3rd failed product (charge 2, Icon, Versa 3). My Versa 3 does not properly detect heart rate during exercise and is 30 to 50% below actual heart rate. I have tested this against 2 other heart monitors to prove this fact and although it is still under warranty fitbit refuses to address or replace the faulty product.

@scott3xlooser The heart rate issue has been known since it came out. A replacement wouldn't matter.

I get the opposite problem when running. My Versa 3 shows heart rate as +20-30 above what it actually is. I now use a chest strap with a separate app and ignore the Versa 3.
I tried someone else's Versa 3 and it had the same problem on me.
Makes me wonder how many people are using this watch and are being shown the incorrect HR, calories, active minutes, V02 Max etc.
