I have windows seven and why do I have to upgrade to 10 to be able to download music to my Versa2.   Money not well spent if I can’t use my own music.

Hi @Bush22  Sadly windows 7 is really ancient now and new electronics wont talk to it. Just part of our throw away society Im afraid. I dont like it but it is how things are.

Windows 7 is no longer supporting alot of things because it will not update the windows security anymore. They are not supporting security updates anymore & they won't download anymore. Thats why you must update to windows 10 now to get all the security updates!! You can google for a free upgrade to windows 10 from windows 7. Windows 7 will be dead & will not run anymore after awhile. Hope this helps. 👌😉
