Download of my data

I ran an export of my data and put it on my pc, however, I am unable to read the data.  It is in a .JSON file type and I have nothing that will open it up in a logical format.  Anyone have any ideas on how to read your data?

@KSTOKE  I agree.  The "data" really exports as more of a text file.  I can open with Excel but the data isn't logically organized in columns but lists down in a long line of cells.  I really would like to view the data as a spread sheet.  Particularly I am interested in heart rate data.  My other issue is that the time stamp seems to be off.  I exercised yesterday between 10 and 11 am (10:00-11:00) but the elevated heart rate readings that match my exercise data appear time stamped as 3 to 4 pm (15:00-16:00).  Why?  Is there a better way to manage this data other than as "text"?  I would really like to view in spread sheet format.  Can a super computer-savvy person explain how to "explore" this data as the Fitbit Help instructions suggest?

I think I figured out the time issue.  I'm guessing that the time is GMT and not my local time zone.  Another annoying aspect of the data download.

Hello, sorry for the late response.  I found there is an option to use an "OLD" export and it automatically puts it in an excel format which worked perfect.

Thank You
