Downloaded new clockface now i cant pair to app

I downloaded a new clock face, KAMON, high stats clock face and ever since I downloaded it I can not pair/sync the clock to app on phone.  with that being said the clock doesn't even keep correct time.  I have uninstalled app, re-installed, I have reset phone, reset Versa and now I have even restored to factory settings and can not pair.  I have checked my phones bluetooth and still connects to car and other devises.   This is frustrating!!  Any one have this issue before?  Please help, the most important reason i use this devise is to track my heartbeat as I have a heart condition.  Thank you!!!

Hi @SunshineColl  What phone are you using? Is it on the Supported Devices List?

Try all the suggestions in THIS Help Article on syncing problems

Hi Nelly,

i have the Andriod Galaxy, and i purchased this Fitbit inSeptember 2018 and was working fine until I downloaded the new clockface, so I dont believe it has an issue with the phone being supported 😞
