When I try to download apps on my Fitbit versa, it loads for a bit, then it says the versa isn’t connected even though it is conected. Then a big red cross in a circle comes up on my watch face and it stops downloading. Why does this happen?

Hi @SunsetRunner, welcome to the community.

It sounds like you are experiencing a Bluetooth communication issue. The first thing I would suggest doing is to restart your Versa by following the steps here. I would also recommend restarting your mobile phone too, once you've done that you can try installing the apps again.

Something I've noticed that works well for me when installing apps is to place the Versa on charge, this activates the WiFi on the device (if setup). The download and installation is much smoother then as it is using WiFi instead of the Bluetooth connection.

Let me know how you get on.
