Driving as steps

Returned the product. Very disappointed.

Batter would barely last two days.

Watch counted my driving as steps and floors climbed, affecting the track of any of my other workouts. Once I reached (various times) to customer support, I was guided to roll my windows down while driving, leave my hand steady, or to delete my data. They argue it’s the car or the bumpy ride... not their product. My iPhone has been doing a better job with this, and it’s not even its specialty as Fitbit is supposed to be.

I am sorry to hear that you have returned your Versa. If in the future there is anything we can help you with, do not hesitate to post it.
