Dropped my Versa now it's frozen

I accidently dropped my versa off my bed, which is less than 2ft off the ground and now its froze and has a flickering screen.  I've had my versa for less than 2months and this is very disappointing.  Is there a way to fix this?

Try restarting your Versa several times.  If that doesnt fix it try a factory reset (settings app on the watch and scroll down to About).  But I have to say it doesnt sound good.  If the Reset doesnt fix it either it wont be covered by the waranty as it is accidental damage.  Fingers crossed for you.

Restart your tracker

Woops - just realised you wont be able to navigate to the factory reset.  you will need to try the button method

On the watch, hold all three buttons for about twelve seconds. This triggers the 2-button hardware reboot after about eight seconds.
- When the Fitbit logo appears, then disappears, release the bottom right button, then continue holding the left and top right buttons until you feel a strong vibration. This indicates the factory reset was initiated.
- This process may take several seconds, and eventually, the Fitbit logo appears and the device boots and displays go to Fitbit.com/setup.
- If you fail to release the bottom right button in time or otherwise don't follow the procedure precisely , the Fitbit logo reappears quickly and boots without factory reset
