El Versa no funciona en el agua, y si reclamas por la garantía te mandan un monitor refaccionado, no nuevo, sin las correas.

Esta empresa es una estafa, hace publicidad engañosa, no responde por un producto defectuoso.

Te mienten descaradamente

FitBit Versa does not work under water.

When you send  your product back to fabric inside the box with all accesories, they send you a refurbish monitor without all the complements.

FitBit is a SCAM company. They treat you porlly and also they do not fullfill the publicity of the product 

Do not buy the Versa

When you send it back you are asked to send in only your Pebble. Not everything. Why would they replace everything when its the Pebble that is bad?

When I send back the first Versa broken, they requested me to send the package completly and they send me back a brand new Versa inside the package.

When this second Versa was damage againg because of the water, they requested to send them back the the Versa in the package.

Now the send me a refurbish monitor without the package and straps.

I pay for a new product, and I want a new product insede the package with all the accesories.

Otherwise FitBit is taking advatage of me and is Scaming me
