Hi All,
My workouts often include an elliptical trainer where my hands are stationary on support bars. Because of this I usually move my Versa 2 to my ankle, which gives me a pretty accurate step count, but tends to result in very low Active Minutes. I'm assuming this is because the monitor isn't picking up my pulse very accurately. Does anyone have any suggestions for how/where I can wear my Versa 2 for better accuracy? Note, I alternate this activity with another elliptical trainer that does include arm movements and get very accurate Active Minute determinations.
Thanks a lot!
David

Not sure this would work, but maybe worth a try:
First, look at your recorded heart rate during the workout with it on ankle. If the heart rate is obviously not good, then try just turning heart rate off in 'Settings' during that part, so hopefully active minutes get based on just looking at your steps.
