I have been onto support twice since I purchased Versa 5 days ago. Have reset app many times been through troubleshooting many times and still under notification section no email notification to select. Has anyone one else experienced this. 5 days on and not doing what it has been advertised that it should do. Apparently techs have been asked to look into this - no response. Please help

Did you look for app notifications (it's after texts, calls, etc) to see if your email app is listed there?
