Email notifications stopped texts still ok

Today my email notifications have stopped coming through on my versa. I'm still getting text notifications but not emails. I've reset it and completely uninstalled and reinstalled and still the same.. I've turned the notifications settings on my phone on and off and still nothing.. any other suggestions.. phones a Samsung s9plus

I have the same issue with email notifications not coming through to the fitbit versa.  I have done all the recommended restarts and resets but still no luck.  I spent 40 mins with a "service rep" but no luck.

It is strange the calls, and text notifications come through.  I have two emails and neither one works for notifications for mail or calendar appointments.

Tempted to buy a cheap smartwatch and ditching the fitbit.

Thank you for replying.  I agree it's odd still get text notifications but emails have stopped, you would think it was all or nothing. I only really use it for the notifications now anyway as I can't have my phone on at work.. might be better just to get a cheap one.

same here, for at least the last couple of days.   Update to the latest firmware last night didn't fix it.  Calendar/text notifications are fine.

I've lost email notifications and it seems to have happened after the last update to the (android) app.  It updated 2 days ago.  I've tried all the normal fixes and nothing works.  I can only assume that the latest update introduced some bug.  Unfortunately I don't think there is an easy (available to normal users) of reverting to the previous version to test it out.

I've not done any update .. I was hoping the update would fix it when I'd done it but doesn't look like that's the case. . Hopefully they will fix it soon

Same here.  On the notification page of the app, there is a red box that says Notification Service not running,  and it says to restart my phone, which I did, but no luck.  Still get all other notifications, just no emails.
