Emergency Calls On Versa

I wanted to know if versa offers an emergency calling feature. I suffer from epilepsy and my university is having a hard time accommodating me. I thought perhaps if the watch a feature where it can realize that I fell(having a seizure) and call emergency services. I have a very young child and cannot put such a responsibility on him. Thank you.
