Encryption turned on and wont turn off.

The notification part of fibit the encryption turned on and it won't turn off and the notification aren't going to my fibit

@jadelia94-  it is probably normal that it is on. This is most likely not the reason for not getting notifications

Try pull down the from the top edge of the watch once, and then again and click on the 2 white bars to get to Quick Settings and make sure that neither Sleep or Do not disturb are enabled.

They aren't enabled I have never had this problem before

@jadelia94- try logout of the Fitbit app and restart both watch and phone, there may be a syncing problem.
